Having gone to the bank on 3/9/16 to deposit money into my account I found the tellers very accommodating to my needs, however the gentleman at the platform as I was waiting to ask him a question about a 529 college plan for my grand children, never looked up from his computer to acknowledge my presence. if this is the new norm for M & T bank maybe its time to change to another bank
